Why I like my diet: nothing is forbidden. My goal is to eat healthy stuff most of the time, and keep tabs on my calories.

It's 9:30 p.m. I just looked at my calendar, and I've eaten fewer than 400 calories today. That's all the convincing I need... I'm going out for a hamburger. And fries.
