Day 104

Went out with friends last night, and made the mistake of not logging what I ate until I got home... although in my defense, there was little to NO cell reception where we where.

So imagine my chagrin when my calorie count for yesterday was @125%! OY!

I'm working out twice today as per my challenges, and following my plan to a T.

I'm weighing in tomorrow, so here's hoping I don't gain... I'll settle for remaining the same... for now! ;)

I hope it all goes OK for your weigh in tomorrow......your doing soooo well but surely you can 'let go' every once in a while otherwise is it all really worth it? There must come a point when it won't make a difference if we're naughty every now and again!! My first week tomorrow am so my first weigh in then too!!
