Last week was not great- but this is a new week for me. I've set myself a mini challenge: to stick to all the challenges and log all my food for 4 weeks- starting today. I've got roughly 5-6kg to go. I am going through an emotional journey- using an online diary to record my mood- I'll keep posting my progress:)
166.4 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
