443 Calorie dinner
1 Cup of rice (I used two half cups for presentation)
3oz of baked salmon
1 Cup of Broccoli
1/2 Cup f mixed frozen vegetables

I think ketchup in moderation is fine for you. Like any product with sugar:) I bought sugar free ketchup but even then no more than 2 tablespoons on a meal. I probably used to use like 6 or 8 regular ketchup!
