hi. i have started my diet sept 27. i was 186 and today i went to the dr for my check up, (my huand and are trying to conceive)and my weight was 181. yaaaa, im so excited. my dr, dr.pollens said that i dont want to lose more then a pound a week, because if you was to stop your diet then all the weight back. im so excited, iv always had a hard time with my weight.
