today, i feel really determined. my belly is now flat and i can see the protruding hipbone. i can feel my love handles disappearing. my jeans are loosing out. my shoulders are stronger and my skin is glowing more than ever. i can wear any cloth and it will look good on me. wen i walk on the street, im not afraid of looking too plump. i feel confident. doing exercises has changed my life completely. i never want to stop practicing at least one exercise a day, even if it includes simple movements. i have currently lost around 9 lbs. i feel so happy and proud wen i step on the scale and it shows a lesser figure than before. wen my lover tells me that i look beautiful, i cant describe how happy it makes me. yes...before that, i was lazy, greedy and i was in denial, saying that i live to eat. i dnt. we shudnt. i must eat to live. i must continue taking good care of my body. my goal is not to be skinny, but only to look good, inside and out. i will never give up on my new way of living. all this is thanks to my dedication and patience. i want to run, be active, climb on a bike and just ride up the street. i want to sweat. and yes.... i can dance again =)

today, i am starting ab exercises and i will do a leg workout. now zat i am progressing and i knw i can do it, i must be more organized. i will keep a notebook other than recording on fatsecret. i will try to implement new ways of cooking healthier. i really hope that i continue losing at least 500 g a week. i want my abs to appear now. i want my legs to look sculpted too. i badly want these and i will strive to achieve it. =)
