Stress and just a lack of caring is causing me to gain weight. I have stopped watching what I eat and stopped exercising. I want to change that so as of today I am getting back up and going to work on these things again.
277.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I did the same thing now today I'm back on track again. Don't get to upset with yourself it happens to everyone. Just take it day by day.
