Yesterday I had a lovely day heading off to the coast for a visit to the Markegard Family Grass-Fed ranch. I saw cows and sheep and pigs and llamas and alpacas and beautiful scenery and bought some pork, beef and lamb for my freezer. Yum!
178.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
