One day down for a renewed habit - I got up this morning and exercised. Only 30 minutes on the elliptical machine. Good walk, situps, crunches and weights this evening.

I am getting back on track and know that I can exceed last months 5 pounds. I will get up again tomorrow and get in a good workout before work!

I am committed to losing the rest of this weight before the end of the year!!!
