I've been on Atkins for one month now and I've lost 6kg. My initial weight was 61gk, I lost 3kg in the first phase (2 weeks). Now I'm in the phase 3 (60 net carbs per day), still loosing weight.

I've had some problems with digestion (diarrhea, then constipation). So I decided to take Metamucil and now it's OK.

Also I take vitamins, l-carnitine and arginine for faster fat burning. I excercise at least twice a week (running 30min + weights 40min + abs 20x8).

So far so good, I feel good and I've learned a lot about how to eat.
