So sore, total body movement at a minimum! Took a HOT shower Saturday night, so slept fairly well. Most likely from exhaustion of having moved all the furniture and crap out of my bedroom and front hallway. It remains spread through out the house, as I'm not able to move any of it back right now.

Last night I didn't sleep so well, but I think that's largely due to having a FIRM Mattress, and an 8 lb cat that insisted on climbing on top of me every time I'd doze off.

No my office doesn't believe in "SOCIAL DISTANCING", so we're all expected to be here front and center. Finger's crossed I can get thru this whole ordeal without getting anything from these people.
263.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 98.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
