Day 1 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

I did not run yesterday because things are really weird in my neighborhood in Los Angeles, no-one-is out. A person jogging down the street will get looks of “Why are you not staying inside and not spreading the virus?”

I may have to work from home later this week due to the shutdowns. I am not sure how that will affect my eating habits if I am near my refrigerator all day...
