my journal . I am sorry haven't doing anything for the past three weeks . I had a hernia surgery so I've not been able to do what I would like to do. Started out only being able to lift under 5lb. then I 've got lucky and went to under 10lb. Now I am up to 15lb. I am headed back to work soon . So hope I can work back into my exercise slowly so I don't hurt myself . I can't wait until I can ride by bike again and go kaying . I've been walking a little up to around 2 mile every other day or so. Must be feeling better eating more which I shouldn't be doing . So it will be good to get back to work so I can start moving . ok that is it for now.
