So I'm adding getting tan to the next three weeks of my 5 pounds a week for 8 weeks challenge so that I look good for my engagement photos. Theoretically, I'll be 160-162lbs in 3 weeks when fiance gets back. It isn't that small, but MUCH better than where I am at right now, plus the tan will help. ALSO, my best friend from high school is getting married and I'll hopefully look great for her wedding too.

A tan always makes the body appear slimmer. Probably why I refuse to be pale. Its kind of like the "legal cheat" on the diet. LOL, ever noticed all the gimmick diet pill commercials before and after photos? They style their hair and give them a tan and say they lost 10 pounds to sell a cheezy pill that doesn't work. Only thing that works is hard work at losing it.

Yeah, I've totes noticed that. The tan will help, then I'll figure out how to do my hair to slim me down (make-up is never an issue lol). Normally I refuse to be pale but the past 6 months have been brutal and the sun REFUSES to shine in South Dakota. Plus I just ordered those 0 Carb 0 Cal noodles you recommended!
