So if I am successful in my 5 pounds a week for 8 weeks challenge, I should weigh 160-162 by the time my fiance gets back from two weeks of training. I want a noticeable change in my size and figure PLUS a nice tan to go with it. Also, the day he gets back is my high school best friend's wedding. I kind of hate her for not keeping in touch once college started, more so now because she never asked me to be a bridesmaid and I'd planned on making her one of mine... anyway, her wedding is in 3 weeks 3 days, she has always been the thin, blonde, athletic, perfect one that all the guys went for. So I can't show up looking the way I do now. Two motivators to keep me going the next three weeks. I'm hoping that it helps me form a habit so I can make my wedding weight goal or maybe even my ideal weight (long shot on the latter, probably not healthy either, but we'll find out.) Wish me luck, hound me if I post that I skipped the gym and didn't do something to burn calories like work for 6+ hours, go on a long walk, work out at home, etc.
