No Wednesday weigh in with the girls. My scale is off by upto 2lbs. Weight watchers weigh in is tomorrow so I'll see what the scale says tomorrow.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
