So my goal of being under 170 by end of day Saturday is so unrealistic... and super unhealthy. So I'm at 179, I'd like to be at 173... also unrealistic and unhealthy, but that's how I'm rollin' right now. Need to fit into size 12 jeans again to boost my confidence so I can work towards those 10s then 8s.

Try to set goals that will allow you to lose between 1 to 2 lb per week. You are trying to lose fat, and there is a limit to how much fat your body can burn during a week. Anything else will be either water that you will regain as soon as you rehydrate, or muscle - that you don't want to lose at all. You can do it. Just do it slowly and steadily.
