Greatly disappointed in myself for not making my March 1st goal, but no surprise given my lack of discipline this week.

New month, fresh opportunity to get my rear in gear.

2017 - 266
263.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 98.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
