Jeff and I usually make our own smoothies when it comes to protein drinks but I had a coupon for these AND they were on sale. Premier Protein ~ they make a variety of shakes and powders. Looking at the nutritional data, the numbers are far better than the powders I currently have (even lower in cholesterol) This chocolate shake only has 1gr of sugar and 30gr of protein It's delicious!

my coworker swears by these. recommended by her personal trainer for when she cant eat a proper meal. she says theyre really good.

This is what I buy--love the chocolate. Didn't like vanilla-tasted perfumey. Costco has them by the case- far cheaper than the 4 packs at the grocery. Keep going on that weight loss--I knew you would pass me--you are within 2 lbs of doing so. I continue to lose but SLOW even with eating under 1,000 calories a day. Go Girl!!

I buy the cases at Costco. I like the cookies and cream. I also drink the vanilla but add 1/2 a banana or some berries to it or a dash of nutmeg. Peach was ok but not my favorite.

I buy mine from Costco. They go on sale 2 or 3 times a year at a savings of about $5.00 a case off the regular price for about a month at a time. There is a limit of 2 cases per visit. They also have gone up in price about $2.00 a case since we last stocked up. We currently have a stockpile of 16 cases. I like Chocolate, Cookies and Cream and I use Vanilla in place of milk with my Special K cereal which has 15 grams of protein on workout days. I sometimes wonder about drinking so much of the stuff. It does make it easy to met my protein goal and remain within my caloric goal...

Wow John! Its safe to say you REALLY like these! I agree with making it easy to hit the protein target! @busjwanie~ lucky you! Caramel is my fav desert flavor. I love just about everything caramel! I keep looking for the caramel flavor and my local store is ALWAYS sold out.

Love these. I order cases from Costco of the banana and cream. That's my fav and my local Costco doesn't usually have them in store. I try and wait for the sales.
