trying to lose some pounds but nothing yet started walking everyday

great first step, keep it up. my doc recommended sustained exercise of 30minper day. muscles don't require insulin to burn glucose. Use the exercise to burn off the calories, save your insulin for the rest of your body. Stick with it.
