My best friend joined my gym yesterday. We agreed to go to gym together 3 nights a week and one class. Can't wait

Other than that I had a bad snacking day today.... yet still stayed in my calorie limits. Still not good. Going to have a nice hot bath and listen to my hypnosis cd again.
