I have allowed my weight to go way back up after the birth of my daughter who will be 1 year old next week. I have been working full time since she was 3 months old and this has taken it's toll. Along with the fact that my husband works night shifts every other week, after a full days work and then having to cope with an almost one year old who has the energy of 4 kids until quite late at night, I have NOT been eating well. Mostly snacking on whatever comes to hand before I pass out from not having time to eat or ordering pizza so I can grab a slice when I have 5 mins. Tomorrow is a new day. We are planning on a week holiday in the sun and I refuse to feel this uncomfortable with myself when we go which is in September. Even if I get half way to the weight I reached before then I will be happy. My goal is just to feel comfortable in my skin and to be able to go shopping without coming out of the changing rooms feeling ashamed of myself.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
on diet Atkins   gaining 0.1 lb a week
