Today, May17th I complete 100 more squats giving me a total of 300 and we have 3 more weeks to go. If I can continue on this path, I will have 600 squats by the end of the challenge.
These chalelnges are great! It helps you to stay on track. Now I have to work on my daily calories and fat intake. That's a challenge in itself.
