I am back. I have to start over because I lost my son on December 15 to a heart attack at 44 years old. at first I lost weight I could not eat. then when I could I ate to much and did not work out anymore. Today is 5 months since that day I am going to try again. Bill would want this for me I know.

So, so sorry for your loss. Nothing,nothing,nothing can take that grief away. But as you said, Bill would want it for you. Do it for yourself.
