Still moving forward! Sticking with my 4 miles. Have not been perfect about my 1200 calories, closer to 1400 but only if I make it to the gym.
228.7 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I average 1500-1600 per day and that works well for me. I'm not active due to various health issues. Nice drop, good job!
