thanks everyone! Went to Winco and Costco. Then stopped at my favorite Chinese place for lunch. My friend had never been there. I got sesame chicken and pork fried rice, but ate probably less than 1/3 of it. And didn't bring any of it home!

Good job Fritzy. Sounds like you had a good day. I like Costco

thanks Liv. We got to Costco just after 9 before it got crowded so I was able to enjoy looking around. I had a $300 Visa gift card sent to me after I bought my new wall oven so spent most of that. I think I saw the egg things you've mentioned before. I bought just a few food items for me - frozen triple berries (raspberries, blackberries and blueberries to make smoothies!), brussels sprouts. That's it. The rest was cleaning products, stuff for the dog and cats, light bulbs, stuff in the vitamin isle and I even found some pants that will work for the gym when I start going next week! It's fun when it isn't crowded.

I like their nuts.. cheap and pretty good. Best place for nut flours as well but I guess you are not into those. and also the tomato they carry. I drive there just for the tomato sometimes. Ahh so gym is next week?? Good luck

You will do it! Good going with your eating out choices. That is my total downfall. I eat out so rarely that I want to enjoy every morsel. And, Yay for you going to the gym soon. If you are anything like me, you will dread it for a while, but once in the rhythm it will feel good and you will not find it hard to get there.

Liv - I did buy 4 bags of unsalted peanuts for the blue jays and squirrels. I often buy pistachios at Costco, but tend to overeat them. I went to Winco where there are lots of bulk foods. That's where I buy raw nuts. Thanks Jcmama! Melissa and Liv. I did join a gym. It's a 30 mile round trip. But I have to start allergy shots from the beginning again since I went to long without getting one. So that's at least 2 trip a week to town. And I figure I can go 1 or 2 more times. I have a friend who goes there and my sister is thinking of joining. When I lost 50 pounds a couple weeks ago I got saggy skin on the sides of my hips and upper thighs and my arms are awful! I'm hoping I can use some weights to work on my leg strength and help my upper arms.
