I have lost 53 lbs since October 8, 2012 on the Take Shape for Life (Medifast food) program. I am within 10 lbs of goal weight for my BMI. At 120 lbs, I will be at my goal. I have not been 120 since 1964, after I delivered my first child. It was all uphill after that.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Thanks, Cayo! I am now at 128! I ate a cupcake the other night, Monday, and was so tired, sluggish all the next day I hated it. I see what sugar does to me. It drags me down as well as making me want more of it. I feel so much better off the stuff.

Yeah, it really helps to use the low glycemic chart that Dr. A provides. This really helps with ensuring you don't have a high insulin spike. That will help prevent the crashing. Keep at it!
