A week away has helped me get back in the zone! Feeling encouraged. The challenge will be to stay disciplined one back to work routines!
179.9 lb Lost so far: 40.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think it's because our brains are so occupied with work that we aren't focusing on our goals. Remind yourself every morning of why you're doing this. You got this!
