I feel great! I've only eaten veggies all day, all I can eat veggies with no guilt. In Fact I'm eating a veggie medley right now! I feel light but satisfied. I know I should be watching the seasoning, but hey its only veggies right? If anyone has any suggestions on how to season vegetables that will make them taste great without using salt, please help me out. I need to drink more water,I did drink eight cups today, but I know I need to drink more. Tomorrow I will drink more. Today was a good day. I hope today was a guilt free winner for everyone, have a beautiful night;-)

Just wing it on the spices, but don't use salt (duh) or the spice mixes like Tony Sachary (probably spelled wrong). Those mixed thingys OFTEN contain salt. However, also remember that water retention in itself doesn't affect the loss of fat. It only affects the number on the scale. So, if you eat right, low in calories, but with a little too much salt, you will STILL lose fat, but maybe retain a little water. The water will shed on its own later. Nothing to worry about. Worry about the calories, but of course don't over do the salt. :)

I go to my local farmer's market for seasoning. It's only $1 a scoop! And they have TONS of salt free options. I truly adore the salt-free lemon pepper! If I run out of those (like right now, I'm out) I season with fresh spritz of lemon juice, pepper, minced garlic or caramelized onions. Great job on eating more veggies!

oooh carmelized onions make everything taste better-I'd eat those off a flip-flop! (jk...but they really are yummy!)

I use butter spray and carmelize onions too, or put them on my george foreman grill. Can't help ya on the salt, I quit the salt, and now I don't really need it (sometimes)..
