Monday mornings are my weekly weigh-ins. I generally look forward to them, but not looking forward to this Monday. I've eaten pizza for dinner, and then lunch the next day, plus I've been eating peanuts like M&Ms. Oh yeah almost forgot, I've been eating a lot of the best jerky I've ever had. That with the peanuts is going to pack on water weight.

I feel like you are way too strict with your eating and incapable of sticking with it because it sucks. Count your calories and eat your pizza.

DP, I like the foods that I eat, except I'm eating more of them--the pizza was thrown in due to the wife bringing it home. I would say I was to restrictive if my weight was going down and I was losing performance. My performance is going up whether or not my weight fluctuates. It's a mind game at this point. I'm struggling doing what it takes to get below 10% BF and overindulging. For 7 months while under a construction project I didn't have enough energy to build and exercise, so for the first time in 4/5 years I jettisoned the exercise and ate at will. Unfortunatly I overestimated the CICO thingy. I just need to get my head in the game. I sustained my WOE for nearly 5 years. I'll get back at it. I'm glad you pointed out that I gave the impression that I was unhppy with my food choices--that taught me to be more careful with my post.

I just saw you say something earlier somewhere about only keeping healthy food in your house and so - yes- to me that means you are trying really hard to not eat anything too tasty. Glad to hear you like your food.
