Day 49
Gray wet Monday. Ick. Had a fight with one of my parents. Double Ick. Two months ago this kind of day would have sent me face-first into a coffee cake or a bag of chips.
Today I just said 'Eating will just make you mad at yourself; DON'T even think about it!'
Even though I hate mornings like this, I'm grateful, because they let me see how much has changed in so short a time... and I'm not just talking about the weight.
Although, I'm weighing in tomorrow! Wish me luck!
