I bought the insanity workout and start it tomorrow. I may do the fit test today and just add a workout tomorrow. I have my dress fitting today and I am disappointed because I did not lose as much weight as I wanted to and last night for some reason, I decided I should go 10% over my calories. I burned so many calories yesterday that I still burned an extra 1,000 calories...The dress will still need to be taken in 2 sizes but still I was hoping for a size 10 but I guess I will have to be happy with a size 12.
