Busy day ahead - gorgeous sunshine - family of bright red cardinals in the tree outside my living room. Makes me smile. Going to do my yoga now - but really happy with the DASH diet. Have not needed to take my BP meds since noon last Friday and even then it was half a dose. This AM BP was 117/69 with pulse of 69. Two weeks ago it was 164/93 in the doc's office. Not bad after all my body has been through these last six weeks!

So happy you have something that is working for you. I have been trying to cut back on our sodium intake but it is easier said than done. Enjoy those birds!
