My cousin leaves tomorrow, so I'll be back to tracking.

Hoping for green arrows and happy faces, since both he and my sister are vegan, and my fiber intake has most definitely been increased these past 5 days. Maybe not movement, but that's unfortunately normal behavior for me.

Meanwhile so grateful not to be where I was when I started my FS journey. On 1/14/2015 I was 290.5!!!
