Tomorrow is my weigh in. I'm hoping for a big loss since last week I went up. I did well staying under Rdi and trying to exercise as much as I could.

Here's to hoping!

215.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 57.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
