I am feeling a bit better today. Kinda resigned myself to the fact that I gained weight while on vacation earlier this month. Kinda sucks but what can you do. I hope that I have now levelled out and will start to see it go back down again to my pre-vacation weight of 159.9lbs. I am also hopeful that when AF finally comes & is gone I will also lose a bit. I know due to the timing in my cycle that I am definitely bloatey & retaining water. My core is still feeling sore from Weds' ab workout. Hope that's a good sign. I definitely feel better about myself today and am not walking around feeling fat.

Looking forward to the weekend we are going to watch the Jet Cars at the raceway & go to the fair! I know, I know - stay away from that fair food LOL. I usually show my lowest levels of weight on the weekend so am hoping the next couple days will give me some good news!
