How did I manage to cheat on day 1? or is it Day 2? I am sooooo frustrated with myself, I was doing so well and then being at work after 7pm got the best of me. I was craving sugar so I went to the food court to find some goodies. The frozen yogurt was delicious (I tried to take the healthy route), but it wasn't enough. I needed more - a Kit Kat. It hit the spot, but I sure felt like crap after. I went for a run at the end of the day to burn off the calories.

What the bigger realization is, maybe I care too much about work? But then I am resentful that I care so much about it.

Maybe I need to REALLY work on creating a work/life balance and not just drop that phrase like another buzz word.

I'm going to have to think of active and fun ways to keep myself busy outside of work... any suggestions?
