Damn! Sooo frustrated don't know why I keep gaining. I have not been doing anything different and my calorie intake is still below the maintain level so I should be losing. wtf? I am expecting that time of the month to arrive at any minute so that better be what is causing the weight gain or I sweat I am going to completely freak out. This totally sucks!
164.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
