Progress for December= zero. No pounds lost, No inches lost. Ate an average of 2400 calories a day- which is maintenance, evidently. Per the calories burned there should be a loss of 3.2 pounds still- which means the calories for my exercise are probably overestimated even more than I thought. Went to the gym 28 times💪🏻🤸🏼‍♀️ this month with 7 whole days off... couple that with food everywhere and it shows what happens. So I maintained. I used to call 10/31 to 1/1 a free period and I would put on about 10-15 pounds so this is something. Weighing and tracking food for me was eye opening this season. Those little Lindt Lindor chocolate truffle balls I would eat until gone if given to me as a gift. I ate one and it was 73 calories... I would easily get 800 calories a day from those tiny, delicious treats because I didn't know how to stop nor did I care to try or care what the calorie count was. So- I'm not thrilled. Thought I'd done well enough to lose a few. But I'm definitely not disappointed with holding onto more than 65 inches lost. Goal for 2/1/20 is 179. Thankful God has given me another year! 😊

Yes wifey! Goals for 2020 are to be as amazing as I can and give the glory to God without whom I'd never have accomplished any of this. 💪🏼💕 You and I are going to kill it!

He’s been my helper too! Definitely. Someone once said here that ‘religious’ talk has no place in fs, I beg to differ. Those same persons talk all kinds of stuff I’d never mention. So we all choose what’s important to us personally and I totally agree with you, with His help, I wouldn’t even be alive!! We will rock it...just hoping my elbow behaves...still not 100% 😞

Let it heal!! There's a lot on this site that's far less relevant to weight-loss than God. People can scroll on by just like I do when I see stuff that doesn't pertain to me, but I know that it's only because of answered prayers that I have this under control and I'm not going to pretend that it's anything I'm doing on my own which is such a tempting thing...to pretend I'm self reliant and I'm winning this fight. That's where our pride comes in and that's a tougher battle than weight loss! That being said, I need to get off here for awhile. Have a great day, wifey...the only Canadian I know. 😘

Happy New Year, JC, Itzy, Adultosaur! Wifey- I can't remember what color my underwear is- let alone what you told me months ago. LOL (I was going to say can't remember what I ate for breakfast- but I tracked it so that would be a LIE). 😁

You don’t know me but I’m Canadian too! Your weight loss and maintenance is inspiring, great job! And even more I appreciate your openness In sharing your faith. In Canada we’re very quiet about it and I wish that was different. You help me to be more brave about my faith in God.

Hahaha you just have to figure it out...but quick! 🤣🤪

2400 maintenance? 🙄 only if you keep running to gym. without gym you can shave few hundred calories from the number. but like you, I believe it's a victory in itself not to gain any during December. have a blessed new Year sister! 👍🤗

Thanks, peeper! Thanks, groatmeal! I didn't know where you were from. Yohoyoh- yes- that's calories with serious gym attendance only- which I hope to do for years to come but who knows how I'll feel about it in the future. 😁😳
