Good morning everyone. Well I have been working my butt off so far this week. I am a little disappointed in myself because for 2 days so far this week my alarm has not gone off & I have missed my 1 hour cardio workout in the morning. I have to figure something out. But I am making it to the gym. On the morning that I missed my cardio workout I just do a little extra at the gym at night. I have a goal that I am trying to reach. In the first week of July I am going on vacation with my family to a water park & for the first time in 14 years I do not want to feel uncomfortable or out of place. So my goal is to lose at least 45 more pounds. I would like to weigh no more than 180 pounds when it's time for my vacation. I would prefer 170 but I don't know if 55 pounds is an attainable goal or not. I have 80 days left to do this. If anyone has any suggestions that could help me out I would greatly appreciate it. Hey lady! I think you are doing great. I wish I had your motivation. 80 days is pretty far. But what are you plans after the 30 day juice fast? Oh sorry you missed your cardio...lol. Too cute. Good luck!!

I think that it's doable but your going to have to stay focused! You will have to workout every day and some times twice a day. watch your calorie intake and weigh every week to keep yourself on track. I know how it is to want to look good for a vacation. Good luck!

Good luck :) I'm also trying to lose weight for my summer vacation so I know how you feel. I've cut candy and soda drinks completely out it's hard at first but when your body gets used to it, it's not that hard :) (in my case anyway) don't get me wrong I still get cravings hehe I've lost about 7-8 pounds in two weeks by doing so and working out - also don't forget to count in that you'll probably get bigger and leaner muscles when you workout so maybe you should measure your body and bodyfat so you won't get discourages if the weight isn't going down as quickly as you want, you might just be gaining muscle! :) best regards, Ice

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I am probably going to extend my fast out for a little longer but I'm not sure for how long just yet. I don't want to commit to anything over the 30 yet. Thanks again for the support & the motivation it is greatly needed.
