Day 2 of a planned 2 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

I did a good job getting back to my usual diet yesterday. Out of control eating is tiring. Fasting is good for my body 👍🏾🙌🏾
Could not 🏃🏾‍♂‍ run yesterday because of the rain.

179.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
