Maintaining food journal and making a little progress with drinking water. Although, I'm retired, I still find the week-ends more difficult to manage calories....can't figure that out.
Had a lovely day with shopping at 2) church sales with my lovely sister, and visiting the Mall, and shopping the library sale.
Personal challenges are to 1) drink water; 2) use daily sunscreen; 3)get up and move every hour.
