O.K. taking it one day at a time is harder than I thought, but I'm in the game and I play to win! I've decided instead of writing down what I'm going to eat everyday beforehand and calorie count, I’m goig eat what I feel is right for my new lifestyle and record it at the end of the day. I will make any needed changes according to my findings at the end of the first week.
