Yay a loss! Yay a loss! I was so unmotivated to work out this week, but managed a few sessions. I ate pretty good but wasn't paleo 100% by far. Still a loss though so I'm happy:)
214.3 lb Lost so far: 6.7 lb.    Still to go: 56.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
