Squats 127.5. Bench 85 going for it, warmed up 3 on 1, 3 on 2 and 3. 4 on 4 for form. Last set let’s go for it for the right to lift heavier next time. Row 75
221.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
