Feeling quite good today. In fact, very good. Had a full day at work for first time in ages and was really good with my eating as a result (when I'm at home I tend to nibble all day). And, as a result of being at work was really active all day.
When I got home (after a good walk too) at about 7pm I sat down and fell asleep almost instantly. My boyfriend woke me up at 1.30 to go to bed and I slept through til 9am. This leads me to thinking that I really have been neglecting my sleep.
