Ahhh! I love seeing little improvements. Just about a year ago, I had rented a car and when I dropped it off, I walked home. I was completely winded, sore and flush -- it was painful!

Well, today, I walked the exact same route to go to the Farmer's Market and I was barely sweating when I got there! Granted, this time I had to walk twice the distance (I had to come home, too) and that nearly killed me, but it is a start.

It's kind of crazy how far a little exercise will take you. I just got back into it this week and can feel a little "spring" in my step. Keep chugging along!

I know what you mean! I was at work today (I work for CVS pharmacy as a photo lab supervisor) and as I was standing around with my arm behind my back waiting for a photo machine to boot up, I realized that I was touching the OTHER SIDE OF MY BACK, and not just barely reaching the middle! It was sooo cool! I told my fiancee when I got home, and he said "That's great, honey!", but I'm not quite sure he got it--I think it's these small motivations that keep us going and it's amazing what our bodies will do when we love them a little!

Great job on walking to and from. It is good when you can FEEL yourself getting stronger and healthier, not to mention losing those pant sizes! That's so exciting, you are really doing great.
