I am going to start just weighing in once a week as normal, but I am not going to itemize every calorie that I eat. I am going to see if I can apply the things I have learned about portion control well enough to keep things working. Life is going to be a bit different for awhile and I will need to make some changes. So here I go.
295.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 138.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Hi There, I found when I quit journaling and tracking I get off track. I usually take a day or two off then I have to regroup. You are doing good. I see that you lost qnother pound. Sometime you have to change what you eat in order to get through the plateau. I hope the best for you. Rusty
