rough week, meetings off-site including lunches in a cafeteria, a couple of meals out. tried to make good choices, but didn't always succeed, or they still weren't as healthy as if i'd prepared it myself.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
