This scale may be something after all. Down two days after Thanksgiving rather than up. Now, I did walk on the treadmill and ran home last night in a downpour, so that may have had something to do with it as well. 🀣At the end of the day, its counting steps and watching how much goes in my mouth. Thankfully, there's no stuffing in the house. Quit making that a long time ago because its just too dangerous for me to have around. Turkey omelette anyone?

One less pie to gut this morning. Fiber!

Edit: Finally got to swim today, 831 strokes today, good swim. Also put up Christmas lights and went up and down the ladder to the roof a couple dozen times.
